Today, BIGTEX REALTY brokerage services exclusively new home transactions in the Big State of Texas. BigTex Realty has implemented a very simple program that gives the Buyer a rebate up to 2% of the Realtor's commission. Our Cash Back on New Homes program rewards Buyers who take it upon themselves to find a new home on their own, but would still like the ability to ask a Realtor questions and advice.

We believe that if a new home buyer is willing to do most of the leg work to find their dream home, we can streamline the real estate sales process and pass the savings along back to the buyer. This rebate can be applied towards closing costs or can be in the form of cash given to the buyer at closing. This cash back rebate is in addition to any price discounts and/ or builder incentives that may be provided by the builder.

Please keep in mind that the fact you have chosen BigTex Realty as your buyer side Broker to receive this cash back should in no way impact your negotiations with the builder on price, options and discounts for your new home. Most builders are Realtor friendly!!



HOW IT WORKS



5 EASY STEPS TO QUALIFY AND RECEIVE THE REBATE


STEP 1: REGISTER WITH BIGTEX REALTY. THIS WOULD GURANTEE YOUR REBATE. Please send an email to kris@AuroraRealtyLLC.com with "NEW HOME REBATE" on the subject line. Please specify your name, contact info and neighborhoods in where you are looking for a home.


STEP 2: We will send you a couple of mandatory forms by email for you to fill out and send it back to us by email (IABS, Buyer Rep Agreement and the Registration Card).


STEP 3: PRINT THE REGISTRAION CARD. TAKE COPIES OF THIS CARD WHEN YOU VISIT THE NEIGHBOURHOODS sales offices. VERY VERY IMPORTANT. You have to register BigTex as your Buyer Broker with the sales office during your first visit. NO Registration NO rebate.


STEP 4: Visit the neighborhoods. CALL US OR SEND AND EMAIL BEFORE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT at 469.584.2530 or kris@AuroraRealtyLLC.com.


STEP 5: Keep us updated on the buying/building process. CONTACT US JUST BEOFRE YOUR CLOSING DATE. THE REBATE WOULD BE PROVIDED SHORTY AFTER CLOSING when the Broker is paid by the Builder.


Note: Any rebate is considered as income to you by IRS. BigTex will pro​vide a 1099 at the end of the tax year. We shall need 1099 information before the rebate could be paid out.
